You’re not alone

Playlist of songs for when you need to know someone else has been there, felt that. While music is a wonderful way to connect, the lyrics are not suggestions for behavior (please don’t literally burn anything down) but can be a fun escape for the duration of the song.

Dance it out

Movement helps. Even small movements. Dancing doesn’t have to be full body movements, perfectly choreographed. Tapping your feet, shaking your hands, bopping your head all count as movement. These might not be your idea of dance songs, but it’s a place to start.
